“I enjoy coming to Alexian B Brothers Pharmacy because everyone there is so friendly patient and kind and even though it’s outpatient services, Nicholas always have assisted me even when I get lost traveling here because my driver left me because my appointment ran later. Nicholas was able to tell me to get home the directions the road to take, he took time out of his job to tell me and to reroute me and to set up my MapQuest to show me how to get home all the way back to the south side of Chicago I was so amazed that he had time to do that. He is such a peaceful patient person while he works. The pharmacy and his pharmacy is always busy. I’m so thankful and grateful That there’s no robots taking care of the public. It’s nothing like a friendly face. That’s always greeted me when I come to this location.”
“Best pharmacy. Joyce and her staff are amazing and go out of their way to ensure you have your meds always ready and get you the best price. They make it so easy to transfer meds from other places and help with coupon paperwork and authorizations. So friendly and good customer service. Wish they were open on weekends, but still absolutely the best. Never using Walgreens or CVS again.”

I went in dreading that I had to have a conversation with the pharmacy — one of my important scripts was ringing up at a cost much higher than anticipated. Joanna reviewed my account, knew she could assist, and worked to send me home with my prescription at the cost I was expecting.
The entire experience took less than 10 minutes, including being third in line. I was welcomed, looked in the eye, and helped with a smile for the entire interaction. Honestly, it was just nice to work with someone kind.”
