This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nice club lounge. My best regards to all staff member and management!!!

Stuck in Chicago for three extra days due to a canceled flight, but Regina and the staff made my stay so much better. Amazing service and a cozy atmosphere—definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel, spaces rooms, near O’Hare airport, in Schaumburg. Food is good, even though it could be a little bit diverse, staff is very friendly, helpful and professional
