“Who doesn't love Costco? Trader Joe's will always be my fav store but Costco comes in as a close second. This Costco is a goodie! The store is HUGE (like usual) with tonsssss of parking outside. It's clean inside and has a plethora of options from clothing to food to seasonal decor to electronics to appliances to way more. I absolutely love Kirkland products and get a ton of them when I'm here. The samples and food court are obviously the best parts of a Costco run ;) My favorite products from Costco: street corn dip, Kirkland individual hummuses, buffalo chicken dip, their frozen 6.5lb chicken breast, their 100 calorie Healthy Choice fudge bars, and basically all of their catered options like their mini cut wraps, salads, and sandwiches. My favorite thing at the food court is their chocolate swirl or strawberry swirl ice cream. I loveeeee their pizza, too! The prices here for everything are unbeatable. This Costco is location is probably the busiest I've ever been to. The parking lot can get crazy and the checkout lines can get long, too. The gas lines outside are the longest most hectic thing ever, but it's worth the wait for the cheaper gas. Overall I will always love Costco and this is a good location!”

“Never had bad service at Mt Prospect tire center. It’s best to have an appointment and they finish in a timely manner. Just recently we had rotation and one tire had a nail, they finished before we finished shopping in the store. A guy was ahead of me as a walk in and was quoted 2 hr wait time. I have seen this if not longer for someone who didn’t have an appointment at another big tire shop. These guys have always been polite. One time I was lucky when I had a nail in our tire, they were able to get me in before they closed….”

If I could move my furniture in here---I WOULD!!! All the people from the various departments I've interacted with are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!! “These 5 STARS are for EDWARD & him only because the rest of my experience was not so great. I came to register my business for a restaurant depot card and this poor man was SWAMPED! He called out for a manager 3 times for the person who was in front of me waiting to process a return. She said she had been waiting for 30 minutes. The amount of disrespectful people who came in after me was insane. There are policies for the kids for their own SAFETY and people just walked right past him and ignored him. But he did his job and made sure that they filled out that consent form. The phone kept ringing multiple times and he picked up every call, with great manners in letting me know and the other customer who he was trying to assist. His phone skills were amazing as he provided knowledge in product inventory that people were asking him about. He kept apologizing and I don't blame him. Luckily I work in Customer Service and I appreciate how he handled things. Do not lose a great employee and give him more rights. Poor man had to wait for a manager for who knows how long. That drives your customers to go to a different store based on experiences.
I tried asking a few other employees about a product I was looking for and nobody was able to give me an answer on where it could be found and all I got was "try looking by the coolers" Both myself and one other customer was looking for the product and between both of us we were unable to find it. There was a lady by the spice aisle-- she deserves some recognition as well as she helped us look and gave us the validation of the product being sold out. Again customer service is key for sales --- POV”
