“Went to Carbondale IL for the April 8th eclipse. Came down almost 600 miles and had some brake pad issues on the way. Apparently one of the pads got stuck closed going down the interstate that and destroyed the pad.
They were able to get it diagnosed, fixed, and we were on our way in just over a half hour.
Prices were fair, and better than other shops that quoted us over the phone.
Would totally recommend.”

“Thank you! In town for an annual camp, far away from home...not a good time for the car to mess up. The owner himself showed up with a co-worker, personally towed my vehicle, and had it fixed by the days end. Super friendly and the car is running great. All for a fair price. That's what I love about small town USA!”
“They are wonderful. It may look a little chaotic when you pull in but believe me, there's a method to the madness. Jim knows what he is doing & he gets it done, period. He is no frills but he is honest & he is up front. I love my car & I don't trust just any random mechanic to help keep it maintained & running properly. In my opinion, at Bumper to Bumper you're getting a dealer quality mechanic without the dealer prices. In addition to that, Jim is just a good guy all around & I feel really lucky to finally have a mechanic I can trust & afford. If you want a comfy sofa & TV this isn't the place for you, but if you want your car fixed without having to take out a bank loan to pay for it, then I highly recommend giving him a call.”

“I called yesterday to report an issue with my Jeep. While on the phone with Liz, I told her what was going on and that I wasn't sure I was going to make it home. She put me on hold (momentarily) and then told me to bring it in first thing this morning. She also said that if something happened and I didn't make it home for me to call her back. I was able to get in first thing this morning to get things checked out... parts ordered and delivered, Jeep got fixed and I got back on the road. I had to stay for the duration of the repair...and Liz was so welcoming and personable. Her and and Jimmy saved the day *Thanks again*!!

“I dont even know where to begin with this review... Nick, you are the kindest, most honest person ever... 5 star review start to finish ! I appreciate everything you did for me yesterday! I pulled in, my Terrain sputtering sounding like it was on its last leg... well past its due date for an oil change i was so nervous.... when you removed my filter and told me this should be dripping and its not...then making NO guarantees the oil change would help the noises i was having...but hoping for the best.,,, you worked your magic, spraying this, flushing that, wiping things... when you were finished, saying lets start her up and see where we are at.....it sounded smooth as butter, no sputter, no chugging, no loud popping noises.... then after all that offering me a discount as long as i promised to bring her in ON TIME for her next oil change..... I PROMISE I WILL !!!! i was so happy, i got back out of my vehicle to shake your hand! Women need not feel nervous they will be taken for a ride when going here ( also go on Wednesday, women get $10 bucks off !) .... Ask for Nick - he wont do you wrong !!!!! First time in months I've driven to a few stores and wasn't worried my car would not make it ! I could go on and on about how happy I am... So Nick again THANK YOU!!!!
