“My dad has always taken his and my previous cars up here for all our tire needs but i went for myself today to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced on my durango. Appointment was at 10 am and I was handed back my keys and paying to leave by 10:23. An amazing job,friendly,clean and always quick. Can't recommend them enough!”
“Went to Carbondale IL for the April 8th eclipse. Came down almost 600 miles and had some brake pad issues on the way. Apparently one of the pads got stuck closed going down the interstate that and destroyed the pad.
They were able to get it diagnosed, fixed, and we were on our way in just over a half hour.
Prices were fair, and better than other shops that quoted us over the phone.
Would totally recommend.”

“They are wonderful. It may look a little chaotic when you pull in but believe me, there's a method to the madness. Jim knows what he is doing & he gets it done, period. He is no frills but he is honest & he is up front. I love my car & I don't trust just any random mechanic to help keep it maintained & running properly. In my opinion, at Bumper to Bumper you're getting a dealer quality mechanic without the dealer prices. In addition to that, Jim is just a good guy all around & I feel really lucky to finally have a mechanic I can trust & afford. If you want a comfy sofa & TV this isn't the place for you, but if you want your car fixed without having to take out a bank loan to pay for it, then I highly recommend giving him a call.”

“I called yesterday to report an issue with my Jeep. While on the phone with Liz, I told her what was going on and that I wasn't sure I was going to make it home. She put me on hold (momentarily) and then told me to bring it in first thing this morning. She also said that if something happened and I didn't make it home for me to call her back. I was able to get in first thing this morning to get things checked out... parts ordered and delivered, Jeep got fixed and I got back on the road. I had to stay for the duration of the repair...and Liz was so welcoming and personable. Her and and Jimmy saved the day *Thanks again*!!

There able to come pick up my vehicle from work to do it's routine maintenance or other repairs and then return it completed before my shift ends.”
“Thought my catalytic converter went out they offered to put it on much cheaper than anywhere else ended up not being my catalytic converter just had some holes in the exhaust that needed fixed they fixed those at a very fair price most likely this is my new go to place.”
