“Today I had a front end alignment done as well as replacement of all 4 tires on my Dodge Ram 2500. There was other work that needed done that was found during the alignment. I was called by Scott who walked me through the found problems and explained my options. Everything they did at this business was very professional. I am pleased with the work they did. I had to rent a vehicle from Carbondale Enterprise during the work and Enterprise was seriously under staffed and had only one employee working so they couldn’t pick me up so the owner at Absolute gave me a ride to Enterprise. “Today's Technology saved me 1000 dollars for a misdiagnosed AC problem that I had with my Honda. It might be a little inconvenient to have to wait to get your car serviced however, they are timely with their repairs once they have it and most importantly are honest about what the problems are that your vehicle has. I was prepared to pay them much more to have the AC fix due to a previous quote from another mechanic and frankly they would have gotten it if they asked for it. Integrity goes a long way and Today's Technology is worth the wait.”
“Mr. Lawrence was straight up about the problems that were going on with my car and what it would take to fix it. I asked that they do an extra hard look at the area that they were addressing and identified several other maintence/repair issues that should have been address before. “They are wonderful. It may look a little chaotic when you pull in but believe me, there's a method to the madness. Jim knows what he is doing & he gets it done, period. He is no frills but he is honest & he is up front. I love my car & I don't trust just any random mechanic to help keep it maintained & running properly. In my opinion, at Bumper to Bumper you're getting a dealer quality mechanic without the dealer prices. In addition to that, Jim is just a good guy all around & I feel really lucky to finally have a mechanic I can trust & afford. If you want a comfy sofa & TV this isn't the place for you, but if you want your car fixed without having to take out a bank loan to pay for it, then I highly recommend giving him a call.”
“To start of I had never did business with McCann's before but I called and explained to them what my problem was and they told me to have my car there the next morning since it was our only vehicle. They called me by 8:30am the next morning and told me what was wrong and after approving the parts they had my car done by the next morning. The owner picked me up at my residence (which he did not have to do) and took me to my vehicle. I am super pleased and will definitely be taking my vehicles back to them. Hard to find this type of people anymore!!”

“Great, fast, and reasonably priced service. My 1st time here. The layout is the same as the higher priced competitor. You just drive up past the parking lot and they direct you into the garage. I found out the hard way going around the whole building then getting out after parking lol! But the guys there were nice and friendly and gave manufacturers suggested upgrades but were in no way pushy at all. Informative. I will return for my next service. Thanks for being honest guys. You have gained a "new to the area" customer”

“Its been 3 months since my purchase so wanted to write the review after having the vehicle for awhile. I was hesitant to go to a small business like this for a vehicle bc I usually buy from a big name dealership but I made the 2 hour drive here for the great prices. My experience here was great. I bought a 2008 Sebring convertible bc i wanted a fun summer car. The vehicle ended up needing a new alternator within a couple weeks but the owner worked with me and helped with a big part of the bill for getting it repaired. Thank you so much for that! I've driven the vehicle on 3-4 hour road trips with no issues. I highly recommend this business to anyone. Make the drive if you have to. “I was stranded behind Carbondale Township whenever it was raining with a battery issue. I walked into Holt's Tire and they were so friendly and didn't even hesitate to give me a jump.They even provided me with some knowledge to keep me prepared in the future. I learned that you are supposed to check your battery every 6 months. I also learned how to hook up this battery pack to jump my battery (because I did not really pay attention in Driver's Ed, like at a hands on level).I am so appreciative that I took a chance and talked to them.
