“I'm very happy with their work and they saved me from a over-thousand dollar part replacement. The spoiler, the part above the rear window of my Honda CRV, was de-attached at one end while the other end still holds and the whole piece looks fine. I went to the body shop near my house first and was told that it had to be replaced and pained. So I came to Caliber without too much hope. The staff there were friendly and very helpful. They really put effort to fix it for me. They told me that eventually I would need a replacement. For now the fix works well for me. I really appreciate their attitude -- not simply recommend a replacement but tried to work out a solution.”

You fixed the issue in literally 90 seconds. Fair price, too! As a woman I was treated well and respected - unlike some other shops. I will definitely be back and recommend you. Thanks so much!”

“On Friday I came in to buy coolant but the parts dep. was already closed.. So I asked the lady (Layla) at sales for help…if there’s any way she could charge me for the coolant as I was traveling early in the morning. She checked and said I could speak with her manager. After explaining my situation he just simply said I got it it’s free of charge as a courtesy. Just wanna say a big Thank you!”

“Fernando was a great help!!! I went to other mechanics and they didn’t know what was causing the noise issue with my breaks. I was confused b/c I had just bought them, and I even went to the place where I got them originally and they didn’t know what was the issue. Fernando was able to evaluate and explain to me what the issue was and fixed it. I appreciate it and will be coming again. :)”

“I worked with Kyle during this visit. And it was a very pleasant experience. I had to do an emergent drop off via tow so the visit was unexpected on both of our behalves. The next day he reached out and informed me of being able to look at it and informed me of what was going on. He was very informative and I was happy that he taught me about the issues and what may happen in the future while it resolves. I appreciated his honesty during this interaction. He kept me up to date and answered all my questions. He is great to work with. I would love to have my car serviced here in the future for maintenance.”

“I recently worked with Jesus Martinez to schedule a tire replacement for my wife’s Lexus. Mr. Martinez was professional, friendly, kind, and took the time to give me several tire options to choose from. When the scheduled appointment date arrived, I sent my wife with her Lexus to have the tires replaced. My wife was very satisfied and impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the Just Tires team. She mentioned that the crew in the shop was smiling, laughing, and genuinely enjoying themselves while working. That is the kind of positive work environment we need in this world today! Thank you to the entire Just Tires team for doing such a great job. I truly appreciate your professionalism, excellent customer service, and hard work. Please keep up the great work! Alex”

“NOTE: for Mazda and Hyundai parts, it is in the same store in the Hyundai building. I needed a clamp for my Mazda, which I still don't understand how I lost it. I was looking for it for days in other places and couldn't get an answer. I came here because it is the closest Mazda dealership to home. And they solved me. I visited them on a Monday, they told me they did not have it available in stores within Illinois, but that they would order it and on Friday I could pick it up. They showed me a map of the parts of the vehicle to have the exact part code. And on Thursday afternoon, they called me that I could pick up... They helped me a lot. Thank you”

“My car was overheating as I was going to my father in-law's wake. The funeral home was literally next door so my dad took it over there to have it checked out. Mike and his team took care of the problem which was a cracked radiator so I needed a new one. My car was ready the next day. I met the owner when I picked up my car. What a very nice man! Great service and completed in a timely manner. Thank you!”
