“I had a Saturday early afternoon appointment for my 2013 VW GLI and they clearly had a lot of cars to do. Consistently updated me and apologized for the wait - though I was fine - I appreciated the consideration! I’m not sure if it was due to the delay or what but they went well above and beyond my expectations. My car is gorgeous! My car had spent a bit too long between washes and under Oak Park trees and birds, and the interior, that’s a whole other story. They took care of all of it! Had a pretty ugly rear quarter scuff they waxed out. All way more than I could have asked for. Will continue to recommend because these guys do an excellent job and really care about how the car leaves vs what they are obligated to do. Can’t say enough great things about them!”

“This was my first time here and I will definitely be a repeating customer. The service is amazing! They are super friendly, fast, and honest. I appreciate that because not all mechanics are. They do not try to upsell here like some other places in Villa Park. Their prices are reasonable and their work is top quality. I have nothing but wonderful things to say after getting my oil change here. It was one of the fastest oil changes I have gotten, too. Also, I did not have to make an appointment and they were able to take me right away on a week night after work. Not many places take walk-ins like this establishment.I'll be back to have them work on other auto needs I have. “A day before Thanksgiving I was wrestling with an 02 sensor and wasn't getting it to budge. I called around until I finally spoke with Tony about my problem. He gave me a solid answer, and a time that worked so that he could take care of my problem on short notice. It says a lot about a person's character on how he treats/speaks to his customers and I'll say that Tony is a fantastic person and a master of his craft. In a perfect world, Tony and his shop is what you would want to have as a blueprint for quality and trust when choosing a mechanic. I'm glad to say that if I ever run into a car problem again this is where I'm going and recommend this hidden gem to others.”

“I have a 92 Camaro so far everything is good My transmission is pretty much old technology and so far I'm happy with what's been done Right now they're working trying to figure out my third and fourth gear overdrive highway problem bit there good people the owner I talked 2 very nice good person how I found out about this place was by 3 other transmission shops told me 2 use them on top of all 3 other trans shops saying if it important car 2 you (me) & you care bot the car use this place they got the job done fast very fast I'd say & got it done quickly If you have transmission work you need done that would definitely recommend this place over any other place especially if you have sports car And you want special stuff done to your transmission if you're having it rebuilt I would definitely recommend using this place And one other thing I wanted to add in all of the negative reviews and this place art b******* negative Reviews I had no types of problems of any of these people that had negative reviews so I wouldn't even listen to the NONSENSE of any of the negative reviews I had a very good experience is still going but it's going good So I would not trust any of those low reviews because Most of those people that gave bad reviews are cupcakes Snow flakes Cry babies My experience went very good with this place and They're very good workers here”

“Great, honest same-day service!!! Came in with car that wouldn't start. Others said probably need new starter or alternator. Gary ran a simple diagnostic test for the battery and alternator and said it was simply a battery that needed replacing. Cost $265 plus tax installed. The brackets that held it up somehow got loose and it just needed to be raised up and tightened. They did not charge me anything and it's great customer service that they did that for me for free.
