“I came in to get interior of the car detailed as a birthday present to my mom. Before the visit I called and spoke to Joe (the owner) on the phone. Joe was very friendly and respectful, explained all of the options and pricing. The team did a great job on the car, it looks brand new, despite being a 2017 model that has never been detailed before. When we came in Joe and his team had just gotten pizza for dinner (it was almost closing time) and they offered us some. Definitely a friendly vibe, we had a nice conversation. Joe showed us the car, made sure that we were completely satisfied before we checked out. My mom was VERY happy with the car, it was exactly what she wanted. Thanks Joe, we will be back! P.S. I forgot to take pictures right away, so we have already used the car a bit. It was actually even cleaner then these pictures show.”
“I can't thank the Wreck Room enough for their work. I really had no hope that my 3 year old Kia would be fixable after my accident. I was also skeptical of anyone fixing a matte car to pre accident condition. To say that wreck room exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Not only did they fix the car , it looks and drives as if it were brand new! They matched the matte paint so well you would never think it was new or replaced pieces. I will forever take my car and future cars to the Wreck room for repairs. They were reasonable priced and their work speaks for itself. Thank you so much!”

“Recently, I accidentally pulled off my gas cap cover on my car when it got stuck, I decided to stop at A-Z Auto Repair and talked to Robb Schultz the owner and told him about the problem with my car.
Although Robb was busy also dealing with other customers, he took the time to come outside to my car and manually got the gas cap cover on my car.I wanted to give Robb compensation,a little cash for his time.
He outright refused and asked me to bring in my car for any future service I needed.
A-Z had been around for over 60 years,three generations of family ownership.
I've known Rob's uncle Rick for many years.

“I took my car to this body shop because my sun roof was dipped in in the front and they took a look at it. The brackets that held it up somehow got loose and it just needed to be raised up and tightened. They did not charge me anything and it's great customer service that they did that for me for free. This review is the least I can do for them in return.”
“I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the very professional service I received from both Brad and Steve. To make a long story short, my engine apparently locked up after a recent transmission rebuild. My regular mechanic could not determine exactly why. My car was towed to Elmhurst Auto Care West as recommended. Brad took ample time on the phone to discuss the possibilities and options for replacement engines (if necessary). He researched it so I'd have pricing, but after some inspection, it was a component in the transmission that failed and the engine was not damaged. It was towed to the trans shop where the problem was fixed. The thing to note is that I'd never called EACW before, but Brad was attentive, empathetic and took the time needed to hear what happened to my car since it died while I was driving it. A fairly long conversation. A+ for being so attentive and knowledgeable. I wish that this level of service could be found everywhere, but the reality is that it's rare. I'm happy to recommend this shop to anyone with car problems. Thank you so much for your time and efforts guys!”

Neighbor asked me if I got a new truck, I told him no then he asked if I got it painted. I was worried about the paint match, my truck is 12 years old. They did a fantastic job.

“Came here for a diagnosis of a front end noise in my 2012 Range Rover. I had replaced almost the entire old, noisy front end over the past few months, but after some time of a nice, tight, quiet ride another front end noise surfaced that I could not identify. They inspected the car and told me exactly where the noise was coming from, but said everything looked ok. They thought it might be poor tolerances of an aftermarket part, or problem with the suspension calibration (which was indeed out of whack, but not the root cause). btw Ethan, the Lemforder control arm turned out to be OE. They suggested a number of things for me to try to resolve the issue. I followed their advice which helped me figure out and resolve the issue on my own in about 15 minutes on my lunch break. Turned out it was just a bolt that wasn't seated quite right even though it was able to be torqued down. No charge for the diagnosis. Though they didn't quite solve the issue, they were honest, helpful, and didn't just try to throw new (expensive) parts at the issue, and ultimately helped me save money. Very pleasant experience at this shop, and I will come back next time I have a job I don't want to do on my own!!”
“I recently went in for a tire rotation and oil change at my local Mazda dealer and they mentioned that I was leaking some transmission fluid. It was also on the driveway even though I was attempting to not look (haha) because I didn't want to deal with it. Luckily, after taking it to Supreme Auto, I feel much better. He mentioned that it was not a big deal at all and it's not anything we should be concerned about besides cleaning some things up and tightening some bolts. He didn't change anything for the diagnostic visit and simple repairs and we appreciated that he had the car back in the same day. We definitely brought a tip though to thank them for their hard work. If there ever is any issues with the transmission in the future, we'll certainly be back! Thank you Frank and the SAT team.”

“Dan, the good will man, did everything possible to help, except bend over backwards, and he did not do that because he did not need to in helping me a geriatric in need of a wheelchair van. A nice 05 dodge with 110,000 miles. It served me well for the 8 months I needed it.
[I just sold it to a man who needed it much more than me, as I am well enough recovered to no longer need a wheelchair except sparingly.]

“Great, honest same-day service!!! Came in with car that wouldn't start. Others said probably need new starter or alternator. Gary ran a simple diagnostic test for the battery and alternator and said it was simply a battery that needed replacing. Cost $265 plus tax installed. Other unnecessary repairs elsewhere would've cost hundreds if not thousands more. Thanks, Gary! Much appreciated!!!”
