I don't use the teller service much since 90% of my transactions are through the atm. The 2 times i did use a teller they had difficulty taking a block off the temporary atm card i was using since my replacement debit card was taking 3 weeks just to get in the mail and my temporary card became deactivated since they activated the other one. I could not use it at the atm for cash nor for purchases. The 2nd time they couldn't track down a copy of a check i made through the atm for deposit only 2 months prior. Waited close to 20 minutes and then just told them i had to go. Only reason i gave 2 stars instead of 1 is cuz the staff is real friendly so that buys some points. Opening at 10 am not very flexible for my schedule.

Horrible experience trying to manage website and no luck calling the # on the website. Finally got bounced to an agent in India and had a difficult time being understood. Gave up and called an 800 number that was listed for our local branch. Got put on hold and then transferred again to an agent I think was again in India. All in all took me about an hour to tell someone I was leaving the country and didn't want my card frozen in the places I was visiting. Horrible service but you can't leave zero stars.
