“Jim helped us buy our Purple Mattress today. We came in knowing what we wanted, both because we already have one Purple and because of some prior research. Jim made some other suggestions based on new available options and didn't try to push the most expensive one. He was also able to get us the Purple foundation and headboard, despite that not being a typical offering of the store. This is our second purchase from this location and we've been happy both times. I had already done my research on the type of mattress I wanted and the basic cost. I was blown away by the knowledge of the salesperson (turned out to be the owner) and the great prices.
