Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .

“I just had the best bed purchasing experience of my life. I needed to buy a new bed for my mom who's in assisted living. Sam took such good care of me, he told me they have a lot of experience with this, and they have a program specifically for this situation. You choose the firmness of the mattress, whether it's a 1 year, 5 year, or 10 year mattress, and the height of the boxspring. Sam is extremely knowledgable and explained everything very well. And the bed is being delivered in 2 days! I wish I could give a 10 star review.”

I recently purchased a new mattress after 11 years with my old one. It was still in great shape, but just was time. Delivery took 4 days and came in the evening. One corner of the TV stand had a tiny chip, but since it wasn’t very visible, I didn’t bother replacing it. The items still look good in my living room and feel sturdy enough for regular use.”
