They handle every transaction expediently and deliver quickly, solving urgencies. They are highly recommended as a first option for many, providing exactly what is needed for manufacturing or custom work. For drivers, it is a very cool place where people are nice; instructions are provided for live loads and deliveries. Their search function actually works and pages load, respecting the value of time. If there is an issue with an order, they quickly resolve it. They are the only fastener source with a working search, making them a fantastic vendor.

Fantastic customer service that you don’t see anymore these days. Had an issue with some hex bars I ordered (the size wasn’t correct for what I needed—my mistake), and they quickly resolved the issue for me at no cost. Highly, highly recommend!!!
