I got my passport send in the mail. Checked it and they got my last name wrong. After filling out the form and sending in my birth certificate, they STILL got it wrong. Very disappointed as I have to go and get this fixed somewhere else.

Quite literally better off driving your mail and hand delivering it yourself. Do NOT bother paying for priority mail express or the like. They will lose your mail and not tell you.

Absolutely the worst service. I could walk a package faster than they deliver it. It took 2 days to get from Los Angeles to Carol Stream and it's taken 6 days to get from Carol Stream to Elmhurst and it's STILL NOT HERE!!!!

Quick service, minimum wait times and knowledgeable efficient staff.
I’m only giving four stars because they need to clean up and organise their lobby and customer area .

Anytime my Amazon packages are delivered through USPS the carrier marks it as delivered but doesn’t actually deliver them. Packages aside, the carrier also puts my mail in the mailboxes of my neighbors despite having apartment numbers on the mail and my neighbor’s mail in my box. This has been happening for 6 years!

I visited this location on 7/29 around 11am. Both employees at the front desk were extremely kind, and very helpful! The best experience I had with visiting a post office. I had a larger item to ship out with prepaid label and they found me a solution in order for the item to fit.

Somedays no mail delivery, no mail pickup. One day mail lady picked up DHL package from our front desk (even by looking at the label it is clearly not USPS package) - promised to bring it back next day - never did - $200 loss and it is not the first time.
They never even scan packages at the time of the pickup.
A few times they delivered our mail to our neighbor company.
Cannot call them an organization - nothing is organized there. Shame on you Elmhurst Post office.

Our postal carrier has been delivering mail to the wrong address
He’s off by one house. Thank God for my great neighbor who will bring my mail over, and we walk our neighbors mail over. So sad

The USPS customer service could not get any worse. Safety concern USPS trucks in Elmhurst frequently parked dangerously close to intersections blocking stop and yield signs violating Illimois law. There does not seem to be a way to report this problem. This is a serious accident waiting to happen.

Bad baaad service. The workers are lazy, they don't wanna do their jobs. the manager doesn't care too. I had a problem with one of the pickup ladies she said she can't take the mail because it's a lot. she called the manager and he told her they can drop it off!!

Avoid this post office if possible. They have messed up so many packages it's not a "little mistake" at this point.

Bad management ! Mail is always late few days if not weeks or it's found in other neighbors mail boxes . Ridiculous ! We spoke to the supervisor mr.Marshall at lest twice in last few month's nothing was change . Mail courier on our block is more focus on phone conversations instead of doing her job. All the issues were expressed to the management, nothing has changed since then.
