“I absolutely love going to this location, everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always greet me and everyone who walks in the door. Everytime I go, usually in the evening they are busy, busy BUT they are always patient and help everyone with a smile.
The other day I went in to return a few amazon items and when I mean a few it was probably about 10. I was going to do it myself even though there wasnt anyone else waiting to be helped in the store. I just felt bad it was that many items. CHAD greeted me when I walked in and I told him I had a lot of things that I would do the return myself and if I needed help i would let him know. He saw how many things I had and he did not hesitate to help me. He said not to worry that he could take care of it. Honestly that was very kind of him. He took his time and made sure everything was seperated and scanned appropriately. I really appreciated all his help. It probably would've taken me 2x the amount of time it took him to do the return process.
I have moved house since, but I will still continue to return to this location if and whenever I need their assistance. They are an amazing staff.

“I wish I could give Pro Image Chicago Signs more than five stars, because five genuinely does not feel like enough.
I was in Chicago for a production shoot in July and had already been through a nightmare with this sign. I had it made in New York City by a manufacturer who gave me an incredibly cheap, poorly constructed sign that was nowhere near the quality I had paid for. I then shipped it all the way to Chicago through FedEx, only to get to our shoot and realize it had been damaged while being handled by the crew.
We were shooting that same day, so I was in full panic mode. I had called what felt like every sign shop in Chicago trying to find someone who could help.
Around 7 AM, I connected with Roberto Vergara at Pro Image Chicago Signs, and everything changed.
Roberto asked me to email photos of the damage, and when I showed up at their shop, their entire team welcomed me with open arms. They stopped what they were doing, assessed the sign, and immediately started figuring out a solution.
They were also the ones who pointed out just how poorly the original sign had been made. They showed me the cheap materials and construction issues that I never would have known to look for myself. Instead of making me feel worse about the situation, they simply focused on how they could fix it and get me through my shoot.
What meant the most was how much they genuinely cared about my deadline. They treated my emergency like it mattered to them too.
And they went even further. Once the sign was ready, they personally delivered it to our shoot location so we could stay on schedule.
Because of them, we got the shot and made our deadline.
I work in production, and you learn very quickly which vendors simply provide a service and which ones become true partners. Pro Image Chicago Signs is the kind of company you want in your corner.
They are talented, professional, solution-oriented, kind, and most importantly, they care deeply about the quality of their work and the people they serve.

“I came in with several items that needed to be returned, and the process was much more complicated than a typical return. Several different shipping labels had to be created, and I was even assisted with an item that needed to be sent through USPS.
The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially Ray. He was friendly, patient, and kind, and he took the time to assist me with everything I needed. Despite the number of returns and the extra work involved, he never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone.
