“I visited a few weeks ago to grab a few cigars for an event. I had read good things about Norwood Royal prior to my visit and had been meaning to check it out for myself. On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam. “We go there twice a month for our tobacco products. There prices are really good . Usually we have the same lady who is very nice and helpful.,last time we were there we had a disagreement about the way she rang up the prices . It was almost 10 more than usual . When we were able to get her to understand she was kinda of rude and didn’t like seeing she made a mistake. But who does ??? Overall it’s the best tobacco place our here ..”

“Great great great service! Such a gentleman. The salesman who helped me was very genuine, very kind, and very respectful. He answered all my questions and had amazing recommendations. On top of that I asked him to please watch me get back to my car because there was a sketchy man standing right outside the store. I had refused to buy products for that man so I was scared for my safety to get back to my car. The salesman was gracious enough to see me get back in my car and drive off safely. Thank you so much good sir. I will definitely be coming back here.”

“Classic vape shop. I was there on 12/22/24 early AM. Very clean and well organized.
The employee/owner didn’t try to upsell and was able to get exactly what I described at a very good price- at about a 20% discount compared to nearby competitors. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had at a vape shop.

“Stopped in with my partner last month to get him a new vape and juice to go with it. Chris was a super chill helpful dude. He took time to explain everything to us and answer all our questions. I don't use vape products and it's been a while since my partner was into vaping, so it was awesome having Chris to help us find the right products. Glad we ended up buying from here instead of one of the shops in the city. They know a lot more about the products at Vape Monkeys and Chicago won't mix juice for you.
