“I just want to say how incredibly thankful I am for the amazing service I received at the USPS facility in Braidwood, IL. From the moment I walked in, I was met with genuine kindness and patience that truly stood out.
There was a gentleman with tattoos who went above and beyond to help me — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. His calm and respectful attitude really made my day. There was also a wonderful woman with blonde hair who was just as kind and patient. They both took their time, made sure I understood everything, and treated me with such warmth and respect. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days, and I can’t thank them enough.
I'm so glad I chose this post office over another one I was considering. The level of care and service here is unmatched. If you're in the area and need to visit a post office, I highly recommend going to the Braidwood USPS — you’ll be in great hands.
