Not asking my Millennial sons because I don't want to hear the teasing....Boomer this, Boomer that, it's a wonder they made into adulthood with a schmuck Mom like me. Mark my words, those poor mopey Millennials will have their day! Those Gen Z's and Alphas will make mincemeat out of them. I digress, what I really want to say is the New Lenox USPS clerk April was so kind, patient and professional. I explained my dilemma, she understood and even though I did not have an appointment, she helped me file for a new passport. Even took a pic of me for my new passport. She was the BEST!!”

Thsi is the first post office where that has been the case--AND the line is short, moves fast, and the people are kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else.”
