Our contractor recommended her and he apparently knew what he was talking about. Kristen is wonderful! Designed my kitchen perfectly! She helped me pick out countertops/backsplash and we're absolutely thrilled with the result. Our contractor still has a few projects to finish on our kitchen but we're totally complete with SSL. “I like this place for things you would not normally need excellent quality on or less expensive than an auto parts store. So far, everything I have purchased from harbor freight, has held up. The employees are not very helpful so make sure you know what it is your looking for, if you ask they will walk around the store just as you were looking for it, most of the employees are friendly with the exception of I am assuming is the manager, when I say friendly I mean not seem like your bothering him when you ask a question. But like I said, for the most part, I'm satisfied if I need a cheap throwaway tool or a tool that quality doesn't matter for use.”
“Was in Sunday 11/12/23 to purchase mouse traps and dog treats (Odd combo I know) Carla went above & beyond helping us find the mouse traps and was extremely amiable. We had our male Mastiff (Marshall) with us and although at 130 lbs can be intimidating he is very sweet and all the employees acknowledged him. Great store - amazing people”

“They are about the best resource for hardware around. Everyone was friendly and helpful... except the store cat. He was friendly but was useless in helping to locate the specialty bolt I needed. All he seemed interested in was ear scratches and chin rubs, but that's cats for you.”
