“Went to buy paint was already on computer so they know what you bought last time . So they mixed it and the guy helped take it to my car across street. Which was very nice.I also got a pencil a half gal.paint and a gal.of pain in a different color. Very personal service. Smaller store than the big chains. More personal service waiting on you. They also have a chair if you need one to wait.”

“I got cabinets and countertops from SSL and they look great. I needed one spice rack to be adjusted. I had difficulty getting to the right person and made three calls but after emailing the manager and after he connected me with Dale everything was handled smoothly. Dale was so attentive and went out of the way to teach me a trick about a sliding door that kept sticking which was beyond the call to duty. Nice!”

“I like this place for things you would not normally need excellent quality on or less expensive than an auto parts store. So far, everything I have purchased from harbor freight, has held up. The employees are not very helpful so make sure you know what it is your looking for, if you ask they will walk around the store just as you were looking for it, most of the employees are friendly with the exception of I am assuming is the manager, when I say friendly I mean not seem like your bothering him when you ask a question. But like I said, for the most part, I'm satisfied if I need a cheap throwaway tool or a tool that quality doesn't matter for use.”
“Was in Sunday 11/12/23 to purchase mouse traps and dog treats (Odd combo I know) Carla went above & beyond helping us find the mouse traps and was extremely amiable. We had our male Mastiff (Marshall) with us and although at 130 lbs can be intimidating he is very sweet and all the employees acknowledged him. Great store - amazing people”
