I love this studio, and I love teaching here! There are different styles of yoga offered with a full schedule. The space is beautiful and always kept neat and clean. They also offer a great introductory price to try out the classes! I highly recommend practicing at this amazing studio.

I took Amie Connor's sound bath meditation tonight and it was absolutely beautiful! Exactly what I needed to calm, heal and escape the world. Her yoga classes are excellent and I can't wait to experience another sound meditation as well!
