I couldn’t be more thrilled with the grooming my doodle got. In her 4 years she’s had 3 other groomers and this groomer was light years ahead of the other. No crazed barking no dogs. It was both pleasurable for me and my pup.

5 stars for the 2 staff members at the Evanston location today. Earlier I had visited the Devon Ave locale only to be met by a sour store experience. I was on my way to a competitor in Evanston but decided to check out this Evanston store and pickup Tess dogs treats.
I met 2 staff members who enjoyed their job. Refreshing… I’ll be back .

The service was great. They were friendly and knowledgeable. My dog was lulled to sleep she was so relaxed. Price wise it’s expensive for my budget but they really do a great job so it’s worth it. I have taken my dog to Bentley’s 4+ times and I wish I would have taken her sooner it was a lovely experience.

Today was my first time visiting the Evanston location, and I had such a great experience! The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. She even gave us a bag of sample food and treats, which was such a blessing since we’ve been struggling to find something our picky Pomeranian would eat. Inside the bag was a sample of Taste of the Wild dog food — and to our surprise, he absolutely loved it!

My dog is VERY tough with nails trimming. She’s banned from every pet shop around because she bites. Bentley is the ONLY place that she can get her nails done at. Great job Macała! I really appreciate your service. Thank you!

We live nearby and our dog gets carsick so this is a no brainer. But! We have been so fortunate to have macala cutting our dog’s hair, she crushes it every time and really does a good job of evaluating his maintenance needs. My favorite is how cleanly she trims his paws.

I have a 10 year old dog who has hated the groomer since I adopted her. She’s very anxious and it hasn’t been easy finding a place that she’ll tolerate. This is by far the best groomer and overall experience we’ve ever had when it comes to getting my dog groomed. Macaela is fantastic and they do one dog at a time so it’s not too overwhelming for an anxious pup. You can also get your dog a treat after which is obviously a perk. I HIGHLY recommend Bentleys in Evanston, specifically for their grooming services!
