Their hours say they're open from 11-5 on Sundays. We showed up at 2:15 and they're closed, no sign on the door or explanation. When I called their phone number it rang for a minute before giving a shrill noise and then nothing. Is this location still open?

They're cool with me.
Whenever I had a billing issue that customer service wouldn't fix, the staff here has been able to resolve it.
In fact, I'd recommend seeing them first way before needing to call customer service.

I went in today and was greeted by a young lady named Karen. I tld her I needed all the help she cld give me to get my new phone started. I spent probably an hour in the store while my ph transferred information over to my new ph. She had a wonderful personality and even gave me some tips. She definitely went over and beyond today!! Thank you

The lady that works at this store gave me the best cellular phone customer service I have ever received. She was so patient and knowledgeable with my odd situation. I recommend coming here for switching service or starting new services to Boost.
