I've been with Boost for years, but when I had problems after switching to an international plan, I visited this location for them to fix my phone. After 2 mins in the store, my phone was up and working again. They were nice and friendly too.

stop lieing to customers. one employee says one thing and then another says something totally different even though they use the same computer when answering the same question. the service on the promo phone I have sucks at best, I'm over paying for it even though it should be paid off by now, somehow I magically have 4 more payments to make on it now.. image that. I'm starting to hate boost mobile and I've been with them of over 13 years.. time to make a change on that end and find providers that know what they say is accurate and one with better overall service connection. very disgusted with boost mobile.
