The banker Charles was very helpful and very kind! He quickly helped me to reopen my account and was great at explaining everything. I always appreciate being treated with respect. I had such an amazing experience today at this Evanston Chase Branch! I was lucky to meet Iwona today at this branch. Iwona took care of my business and brightened my day. She smiled, talked to me and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Iwona is such a warm and pleasant person! She makes difficult things seem easy. If I ever need a real banker help, I would not hesitate to make a trip to Evanston again. I wish Iwona success.
For the record: I avoid real bank branches at all cost. Iwona helped me to change this attitude.

I went in today to get ACH set up to pay one of our employees and spent a fair amount of time working with one of the branch managers and associates in getting this accomplished. There was a bug preventing us from using Zelle and after some hurdles, was informed that the ACH payment was set up and set to close today. I was disturbed at 8pm that our employee called and stated they did not get the money. It turned out that, even though we worked directly with the bank and the ACH services team, that Chase put a fraud alert on the payment. It did not clear, because the bank should have asked more details about our Payee for AML/BSA practices. The payment got cancelled and I had to spend another hour on the phone to facilitate it to be un-rejected and re-sent. Great front end service, but when Chase then overrules their own bank and the online support team? They get Zero stars for wasting two hours of my company's time. Ridiculous.

This branch does not even deserve 1 star, it should be zero star. They don’t take customer service seriously. Customers waited too long to be serviced while staffs sit in office chatting not do much. This branch is way over staffed and very poorly managed. Manager Ellis needs to improve the customer service at this branch very badly. Bad attitude workers do not deserve to sit in this nice modern office.

Not good at all. Customers waiting to be serviced while bankers sit in office chatting and not doing much. They do not take customer service seriously. This branch is way over staffed and very poorly managed.

Lily the Asian lady who works at the bank counter is always so friendly, helpful and professional. I went in today with my husband and she was so patient and professional as always. Answered all of our questions, and helped us with the account. Thank you Lily!
