Ayodeji O. Thomas helped my husband open a business account for his new venture. Ayodeji was professional, friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and patiently assisted us on filling out numerous forms. We have had decades as Chase personal banking customers and it was nice to have a dedicated employee help us expand our dealings with the bank.

I've used this branch for over 20 years (even when it was BankOne). Out of 100s of dealings, I can only recall one odd glitch (which was handled at the Wilmette branch easily). Staff has always been professional and friendly.

There wasn't anyone at their front desk to guide customers, and several employees were chatting. After wandering for a while in there, a banker reached out to help. Unfortunately she said I needed other forms of ID (which was not an issue at similar institutions) and refused to set up a bank account for me. Experience was overall disappointing.

Outstanding customer service !!! I came here because I needed some more information on their business accounts. Young gentleman at the customer service desk was able to help and recommended best solution for my business.

The service at this Chase location is awful. First they got rid of almost all of the tellers I went in there only one teller. Three private bankers none of whom addressed me as I walked in the teller helped and then I wanted to let them know I'd be traveling so my account could get flagged as such. She said see a banker. I went over where their desks were and stood for 5 minutes no one looked up or even said a word. I finally went to one cube and asked if she could help she told me to sign in mind you she wasnt helping anyone. I said there was no sign up sheet. Told her what I wanted and then she instructed me to go online and mark the account. Just awful service and guess what she is the d*** one she won't have a job soon if we all go online. Which now I prefer instead of that nice personal touch she gave me the "i'm too lazy" touch.

Went here to take out some cash and asked to use the bathroom as I had a long ride ahead. The black guy at the front counter knowingly lied to my face and told me that it was out of order. I asked the other guy next to him if this was the case for customers as well and he told me yes. I went to leave but turned around because I knew that they had a restroom so I went back and asked a private banker (white guy) who joyfully went and got the key and personally walked me downstairs to the bathroom door. I realize that this is a bank and not a restaurant or place that needs to allow public access to bathrooms but I'm actually pretty disgusted that the first guy would lie to my face considering that I was a customer. Inconsistent customer service and profiling. Very dissatisfied with the way that I was treated. Side note: someone from the branch reached out to me to clarify policy. I appreciate this and the apology but their staff clearly needs to get on the same page about how they are interacting with customers.

Horrible customer service, it's declined a lot over the last 4 years since I've been going to this location.
If you call on the phone their answer is "I'm a banker and have clients." Apparently since I call in that makes me not a client?
Lots of management turnover which is really sad. You are just another number to them.

My wife and I arrived at the bank just twenty minutes before closing. We wanted to establish another account, and there was a backup of clients still in line. But our Preferred Client banker, Matthew Wilson, not only took the time to take care of some of our ancillary interests, but even helped me to once again make a transaction at the ATM machine since the regular teller was completely occupied. Matthew not only stayed with us till after closing-time, but did so without any expression of hurry. He then escorted us to the door, which had already been locked, and let us out with a kind "Good bye." He is a truly polished gentleman. Thanks, Matt!
