I’ve ordered from this chipotle numerous times and something always goes wrong. Online order? They lost it. Several times. So I stopped doing online orders. Todays surprise? Out of cheese, salad dressing, lettuce, AND sour cream. It’s not even a weird time of day. I came at 12pm on a Sunday.The tall man working the register was extremely rude and unapologetic and refused to give me a discount on my salad even though they were out of everything that makes a salad. I will not be returning.

Made a grave error and ordered a burrito bowl online. It came less than half-full and was missing several ingredients, including ones I paid extra for. They fully expected me to eat a meager amount of rice, wilted lettuce, and brown guacamole as a meal, it seems.

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. I've gotten takeout from this Chipotle for months, with middling results in food quality and always abysmal service. I'm not expecting fine dining, but employees consistently act as if you are inconveniencing them by giving them your business and rarely even say hello or acknowledge your existence as a human being. As someone who works in the service industry, it's incredible how low the standards are for me as a customer, yet this location can't even do the absolute bare minimum. Tonight was the last straw for me;I waited almost 5 minutes with no one in line as employees moved like they were wearing lead weights and side eyed me while I waited (they collectively made one single to go order in that time.) I had to take a call, and when I came back she looked right at me and started making another to go order. When I just said out loud that I'll have a bowl to the woman, she gave me attitude like I was being a jerk. I walked out and don't plan to return. If you truly vote with your wallet like they say, we should have left this location off of the ballet.

Service routinely is not great. Trash bins overflowing. Staff often seem angry / annoyed . Food is surprisingly good though . If you order online, your order is often missing or stolen , not ready by the time you get

This place is not great. I can tell they are overworked and annoyed. I ordered online. Came when it stated it would be ready and it wasn't. I informed them no worries I'll just wait in car and come back. I did not rush them I waiting an additional 20+ minutes. Many people was waiting on online orders that was not complete on top of the walk ins. I think the place is really small and there is no separate place for to go orders so the people are all on top of each other annoyed abd it reflect in customer service. Also the food was terrible. Burnt rice burnt chips with no salt, Guacamole was brown (I have never seen that before considering the are suppose to use lime) burrito was not made with correct meat. We go to chipotle a lot and I will tell you it's This location that is terrible. I truly believe it's because of reasons above. So if you go here give them time and grace.

I recently went to the Chipotle location in Evanston for a quick lunch. As usual, the food was fresh, healthy and delicious. I was impressed by the leadership of Manager Diego - he and his team has really instilled a strong sense of customer service throughout the restaurant. Our cashier, Essi was extremely friendly and efficient, greeting customers with a smile. The assembly line, led by Time, was running smoothly Even during the lunch rush, there was no wait.The restaurant was also very clean, a testament to the hard work of the closing crew led by Jen. She does a great job making sure the restaurant is prepped and polished for the next day. Highly recommended

Came to get lunch right before noon. They were out of steak and when I asked, I was told they weren’t making more. I asked for tacos and was told there were no taco shells. Considering it is lunch time, you would think these items would be stocked and available. I would not recommend going to this Chipoltle. Every time me and my husband have come to this location there has been a problem with service or availability of items.

I came in here really late one night, almost closing time. I gotta say, Chipotle is Chipotle- they have yummy ingredients that don't vary from chain to chain. This location, though, is a little sloppy with their making, however. I got 3 soft shell tacos, and they were working so quickly that one of them had nearly all of the scoop of chicken and the remaining two were skimpy! Not to mention, the ingredients were sloppily placed in there. For this price of fast(ish) food, I would expect a little more care! Maybe it's a one- off since I came near closing time, but for how much I like the taste of the ingredients, I would appreciate it being crafted a little more carefully.
