I had been a loyal subscriber to this car wash for over two years, but I recently decided to end my subscription after discovering that the monthly fee had increased from $42.99 to $59.99 for the past three months without any prior notice. The lack of transparency regarding this price change was disappointing and ultimately led to my decision to cancel.
According to the lady representative I spoke with, my subscription was supposed to end on October 27, meaning I have access until that date. However, when I visited the car wash on October 26, I was told that my subscription had already expired, and the system said I had not renewed. One of the attendants, Joel, informed me that he could do nothing to resolve the issue.
This experience left me frustrated, as I expected better communication and customer service after being a long-time subscriber. I hope the company improves its subscription management and notification process to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future.
In addition to these issues, the tire shine feature has been unreliable throughout my subscription. On several occasions, it wasn’t functioning properly, resulting in dirty tires even after a wash.

I paid for a month in July and they continued to charge me every month without informing me that it was an ongoing plan. When I spoke, the mega rude ladies told me to never show up and they also hung up on me. Bad experience.

They keep raising the price yet they often have mechanical issues. And when something happens that stops the entire car wash for a long time (as a low-rider truck did tonight), nobody bothered to closed the lanes to new customers or offer refunds.

Nothing works here.. you pay for a service and only get half of it.. the owner needs to send thier mechanic out more.. they keep raising the price but half of the options work.. tires shine never works

They increase the monthly subscription from $40 to$60 without notice. This Carwash have several issues the brushes doesn’t work properly sometimes work and other time don’t. Tire shine it’s a scam and recently they don’t any person at the entry of the car way so I have to figure out when i have to stop for the wash

The attendant saw that my car was overly bird attacked and gave me a brush treatment and a free Second wash to completely remove the bird scrap.
