I’m so glad I chose CubeSmart on Oakton in Evanston. Roy’s customer service and professional were impeccable. He followed up with me once I confirmed my reservation and couldn’t have been for helpful and friendly as I navigated the facility for the first time. Couldn’t recommend this facility more highly because it’s clean, and new, but Roy’s service made it next level.

The best storage facility in Chicagoland area. Specifically Evanston on Oakton and McCormick. Clean and safe. But mainly because of Roy and Delilah at the front desk. Cubesmart is lucky to have them . ALWAYS professional, friendly, caring and accommodating.
