The pharmacy and minute clinic are fine. The store itself has serious issues. Some of the store managers and staff are rude and unprofessional. I was refused help once and told to visit other stores. How can people with such an attitude work in this industry?

Neither representative in the store was helpful or seemed to care. I was trying to purchase multiple items. I asked for help from the two representatives multiple times. One of them said he couldn’t help me and walked away. What was supposed to be a short trip to the store took me over 30 minutes or more trying to figure it out on my own. At the end I was trying to use my coupons and for some reason the cashier felt the need to question if the coupons were actually mine. I’ve never had this happen before and I don’t understand what made him think I would be using someone else’s account or coupons. I was trying to save a little money because I was about to spend close to $75 on vitamins. I ended up not getting everything I wanted to get.

I’ve always had great experience at this store. The pharmacy has medication for my son that others don’t. I also just ordered canvas prints during the last promotion. Dan and Lindsey were amazing and handled everything professionally! Keep up the great work guys!

Tried 10 times to call the pharmacy to get a prescription before going out of town. The voicemail that is provided (the only option for contact) will not accept a message. Talked to the “front store” who transferred me to not avail. Absolutely impossible to reach this pharmacy-even with an urgent mattee.

Many of the pharmacists here are friendly, but not all. One of them was getting very short with a tech who was trying to help me get my medication when there was something wrong with their system. In general, their technology is terrible. The touch tone system doesn't always register the tones, and there is no way to leave an adequate voicemail. You get cut off by the time you are done saying your name and the response is a form text message unrelated to the problem you're having. I keep trying to call because my last two refills were short. I haven't been able to get the problem solved over the "phone" for the last two weeks, so I'm just moving pharmacies.

The store itself is great and the pharmacists are helpful and friendly, but the new phone system is so bad. It prevents you from ever being able to speak to a pharmacist and forces you to leave a voice message that often doesn’t result in a call back. I shouldn’t have to physically go into the store and wait in order to address a prescription they’ve put on hold for some inexplicable reason. Please fix this.

Picked the wrong item and wanted to exchange it in another cvs the cashier did not apply my 40% coupon that I used on the exchanged item I was not happy

This store is always clean and inviting. The staff there is wonderful, very helpful and caring. I shop here all the time. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this location

One of the Worst location I’ve visited for MoneyGram services their machine doesn’t work and the staff doesn’t know how to process. They reversed my payment.

Couldn’t buy a blood pressure monitor cause there was NOBODY at the register? I’m very alarmed at CVS being a customer and SHAREHOLDER.

Great store. Great pharmacy. The staff is helpful. They deal with a lot of old people who take 10 years to pick up a prescription but they always answer the phone and get you information.Cvs although needs to fix their pharmacy system. Your system always puts the wrong fill dates. Which is bombarding your staff with incorrect orders and phone calls to them. Either fix it or stop sending messages with incorrect fill dates.But yeah A1 staff. Other pharmacies I used in the past would just not answer or purposely hang up. At least here they talk to you.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. It is the first time in my life that I have been verbally harassed and yelled at by staff. Of course I was assured by the manager that she would speak with him. However, I still do not feel safe about being yelled at in such a manner. I do not think this is acceptable behavior and I am appalled at the lack of professionalism. I will not return here ever again.
