From Main Event Boxing and Fitness

At our gym you can find anything you need for your workout. Space is filled with some fitness toys: medicine balls, free weights, battle ropes, kettlebells, trx, rowing machines, assault bikes, speed bag, heavy bags, boxing ring if you would like to spar or just step in to the ring and move around. All classes beginner friendly but expect to work hard. BOXING classes every day 60min include warm up, jump ropes, shadowboxing, boxing basics, endurance drills on the bags, partner work, mitt work, plyometrics and core workouts. MUAY THAI classes 3times a week, work on a pads, heavy bags, a lot of combinations punches, kicks, knees, elbows, self defense. HIIT workouts high intensity interval training 4times a week.Stretching classes.
