The woman at the counter was rude and when I tried to use my rewards she said no I can’t. only card. And pointed to the credit card machine. Thank god we are from out of town and don’t have to come back here. Then we had a ten dollar lottery ticket to cash and the woman said she can’t cash it she has no cash. So we asked if we could just get another ticket with the winnings… she says yes machine is over there. Now the machine she directed us to only accept cash and doesn’t take winning tickets. At that point I’m like where the hell am I the twilight zone? What kind of business are these people running. You sell lottery tickets in a vending machine but can’t cash winning tickets…. They shouldn’t be allowed to do that.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....... I know it's just a gas station and we really don't expect a great experience, however I am a simple person, I work customer service myself. I stop here to get quick gas because I have a membership at foods 4 less (so I can save, mother of 5boys) and we don't shop for snacks here because most of the dates are expired (but i live closer to this gas station). This employee (older, middle Easter, tall, man) gives me a hard time, for the amount of gas I get everytime I come here. I've came in there multiple times and asked 5 on my pump. One day I walk in and he jokes and says always 5 haha, I joke back yea, and thought nothing of it. The next time I went in, I handed him a 5 (so I can pick up my kids then head to foods4less), he said he can't do gas for 5 dollars, I told him if I have a gas can you would be able to do it so why would this be any different? (So he shook his head at the money in my hand and processed the $5) The next occasion, I say hello, I hand him 20 to get 10 on my pump(because I remember last time what he said and I didn't want problems) the employee looks at the money in my hand again (I only had 50 and 2-20's) and said I HAVE NO CHANGE, LIKE I TELL YOU and slams his hands on the counter. I said it's only 10 dollars you dont have 10? (4pm Monday) The employee threw the money on the counter and refused to serve me. I asked for the manager number, he told me he had no manager. I asked for the corporate number or someone to speak with on this behalf, he handed me a number. So I was super run late to pick my kids up from school, had to find another gas station. My husband goes in there and has no problem, my boss, where I work, has no problem out of this same employee. I understand people have bad days but this is like uncalled for.

Exxon claimed to sell 3.50 gallons but charged $3.75 gallons cash.
Also, I stopped at pump seven, and the woman at the counter said it did not work. I went to pump five, which did not work either. There were no signs. Finally, pump six worked.
When I asked to use the restroom, the woman said there were no restrooms. Therefore, I gave it ONE STAR.

Apple pay on the machines NEVER works, and when you go in and pay with Applepay the pump takes about 25 minutes to get $50 worth of gas. Avoid this station at ALL costs.

Gas usually higher than other stations around but last time I was there, the lady at the counter was dealing with some kids who were buying stuff and was very patient with them, was nice to see.
