I came here to renew my passport, and an African American man told me that FedEx could only take passport pictures and that he “did not know the address to which to send the passports,” so I needed to print a label from the website. If FedEx advertises it can do passports, the least they can do is find the government address to ship them.
He clearly had no interest in helping me renew my passport even though I had completed all the forms.
BAD SERVICE HERE. Go to the Wilmette Post Office believe it or not has a better service than this FedEx office.

THESE ****ING JERKS DELIVERED MY $550 ITEM TO THE WRONG HOUSE. EVERY TIME YOU CALL IT'S JUST A ROBOT AI THAT HANGS UP ON YOU. EVEN THE WEBSITE PRETENDS TO NOT WORK AND SAYS "UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE DELIVERY OPTIONS AT THIS TIME." DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND OR RECEIVE ITEMS WITH FEDEX!! I AM FILING A LAWSUIT!!!

I walked in the door at exactly 7pm while the open sign was still illuminated and a customer was at the counter. The lady at the counter was very snotty when she said the store closed at 7. I just needed to drop off a pre-labeled box to ship out. Been here a few times in the past but never have that great of customer service. People are a lot more friendly at other locations, I would advise finding a different office location if you have the option.

Staff doesn’t know how to do their job, I brought in a cooler to drop off with a prepaid label and they refused it stating that they can’t accept it. I’ve shipped hundreds of coolers through FedEx over the last 5 years with no issue. Learn how to actually operate your business. Typical FedEx, go to UPS instead

The staff is usually friendly, but the last few times I have been in to ship items for my business I get very different information. Sometimes they can pack to my specifications, sometimes they can't, it just seems to be based on the attitude and helpfulness of who is working. The items I ship often value between $2k - $5k, I have been told multiple times in the past if there was any shipping incident where my items were lost or damaged I would receive the full value - today I find that has never been the case and my items would only be guaranteed up to $1000. If these items were lost/damaged it would be a major hit to me and my business. Seems like there is always someone new there, and their info conflicts with how I previously shipped items. This level of incompetency has serious potential to impact business, I'll be going elsewhere in the future.
