Had a really nice painting but the frame glass broke. This place custom cut a really nice clear glass for me and replaced it in five minutes with pricing really comparable to online. On top of that they were so careful with the measurements and painting itself. They also have me a few free extra hooks because we were hanging out in a new place. I'll 100% be back. The owner is so nice.

The service at Frame Warehouse is top notch!! Alec is always friendly and helpful. Recently, there was a miscommunication about when my frames would be ready so they were hand delivered to me on a Sunday. Always great frames with excellent customer service. And, repeat customers get a discount!!

Went in 5/2/22 and Davy helped me. Great family owned business. Had a great experience. Fantastic selection and options I never knew existed. I’d highly recommend them. They also have a store in Oak Park if anyone is out there. I’m a small business owner and really appreciate the great personal service Frame Warehouse provides.Thanks again Davy.

I had doubts about my choice of frame after getting my piece home, and Alex was fabulous about encouraging me to come in and figure it out. He told me several times that he wanted to make sure I was happy. He worked me with on finding a way to get my print into something that I absolutely love with no charge to me. I am so glad that I went back in. I am so in love with my piece!!!!

Over the winter I was going for my normal weekend walk when I came across the Frame Warehouse! The first minute I walked in I knew I was going to get my pictures framed by them. Alec and his wife are super friendly, knowledgeable and do not pressure you in anyway to buy anything. Alec spent a long time showing the frames, the process and the benefits of having certain things done to my pictures. After an hour of going over everything I went home thought about what he said, came back the next day and placed an order to have two of my favorite pictures framed. The order came in a few weeks later as expected and the pictures came out amazing! I get so many compliments via zoom on how nice the pictures look with the new professional framing. If you want top notch, honest service, go to the Frame Warehouse!

Rowen at Frame Warehouse is a gem. She knows how to listen, is a true artist with excellent taste , knows her inventory and does a fabulous job framing. I see they are listed as being more expensive than the average in the area. This is not true. Their pricing is excellent and on par or even better than other local places. I have been coming here for years and am thrilled with the quality of the final product

Rowen is amazing. The painting I brought in was massive, and I assumed it would be a problem, but Rowen instantly knew the best way to handle a painting of that size. Also, I had gone to another framer before her to get a quote on the same painting, and not only did they make a fuss over the size of the painting, they quoted me triple what I paid at Frame Warehouse. The quality of Rowen's work is impeccable. I can't recommend this place enough.

I haven't picked up the final product yet, but I was blown away by how incredibly helpful Alec (or Alex,can't remember and I'm sorry!!!) was! I brought in a really old, kinda dirty thing that holds a lot of sentimental value, and he took a solid half an hour to talk me through the best options for me both visually and monetarily. I'm a first time custom framer so i was pretty unsure of what i wanted. He never made me feel rushed and gave me space to really think what I wanted through. Ultimately I chose something that Alec recommended and I'm incredibly excited to see it. I had such a wonderful experience at frame warehouse and would recommend it to anyone.

I brought in a painting for framing and was very impressed with Rowen's knowledge and her very helpful suggestions. I do not think it would have turned out the way it did without her expert help. I have done several small jobs with them in the past and always had a good experience. This was a big one. It was worth every penny as I look at it everyday in my home. It looks perfect and I am very happy. Thanks.

Though apparently described as "pricey" by others, framing is one of those areas where you get what you pay for. My partner's and my experience is that at the Frame Warehouse you get the best. Between framing for his workplace and for our home, they have done a lot of work for us, nearly all of it excellent -- and when it wasn't exactly the way we wanted it, they were happy to make it right. You really cannot ask for more.

The people at Frame Warehouse on Dempster here in Evanston framed several of my extremely old botanicals collected on a Wisconsin farm. The work they did on the matting and framing is exceptional. The pieces are beautiful. But moreover, they were extremely kind to me as the pieces sat in their store for a good bit of time. I won't forget that kindness nor their beautiful work. The shop is cozy and has a great energy and now and then they hang the work of local artists. To all at the FW, thank you so very much. I'm deeply grateful. Lori
