Very difficult for my family w8th a permanent disability. He tries to over charge people. Don't use this service. He won't even do same day. 35 then 45 then 25. He doesn't care about it.

Excellent pick up and drop off laundry service that services Chicago and surrounding suburbs. It is very affordable compared to others and love the clothes results regarding cleaner smelling clothes that were washed properly. This service comes in handy for families that launders their loved ones clothes who resides in nursing and/or rehabilitation centers; even for a short time to take a needed break from routine.

This place is a rip-off. They charge by weight and by item. A small blanket that is no larger than a beach towel costs $7.50 on top of the weight of the item, yet no special care given to the item. It is washed and folded like everything else. I urge everyone to find an alternative to this company, I have been using them for over a year and then suddenly all the prices have jumped and many items are incurring extra charges ON TOP of the weight cost to launder.the item. It is bad business and I regret ever working with this company. Friendly people, but not worth the price.

I have been using their pick up-drop off services for about 3 months and I am very happy. I used different companies before and their prices are much higher and include fees. Greener laundry, has a $25 per 25# deal with no fee nor specifics about your laundry. You can have a comforter, coats or whatever and it will still be $25 per 25# and it really doesn't get better than that. I just recently had to cancel a pick up order about 3 hours before pick up and had no issues with them. They responded fast and there was no fee. The gentleman that has picked up my laundry each time is always on time and very professional and efficient.
