This new cashier layout
Is ridiculous with employees hovering over you and hounding you but standing around 90pct
Of time. Either have cashiers checking out OR allow customers to do it..but after spending tens of thousands at this store Im going to lowes now.no one wants to be micro managed at self checkout—-or do it YOURSELF. (I can press the credit/debit button on screen all by myself-thank you).its insulting to hover over customers

Botched cutting 2x extra keys for a new lock set purchased in same visit. Returned to a closer HD store to have re-made, they don't even have a working key machine. Quit selling lock sets of you're too cheap to maintain this basic service to your customers.

Patrick the manager is amazing! We were deciding on which flooring would look best for our apartment renovation and through his expertise he ended up recommending a flooring we originally said no to. It turned out to be the best choice! Thank you Patrick!

Start putting out bags so I don’t have to juggle stuff out to the car. Charge me the bag tax but don’t rely on every customer to bring their own bags. I’ll just go elsewhere.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this Home Depot… so much so, that I travel farther just to attend this branch. All the employees are extremely friendly and prioritize customer service over anything. Recently, I worked with the blinds department on getting blinds measured and installed. They look spectacular now that they’re up and it’s all thanks to Hal, Yasna, and Doug. Thank you for making my experience delightful!

Went in to return an item and the customer service lady said she wouldn’t do the return because it’s was “high ticket” the price of the item was only 90 dollars! The item was never even opened. She even mentioned her manager would tell me the same thing. The lady never attempted to do the return she just told me she wouldn’t take it back.
