I needed a trainer to work with me for a couple weeks while I had an injured foot. Eric was super easy to work with and I was able to schedule sessions almost immediately. I was able to work out and stay active while recovering from my injury, and Eric even sent over a list of workouts for me to do after the sessions ended. The sessions were great and I was able to learn a lot while getting a workout. Such a convenient location and one of the better trainers I’ve ever worked with. I recommend anyone looking for personal training to check this place out!

Home Park Fitness has been instrumental to helping me achieve my fitness goals. Eric is very knowledgeable and knows how to motivate. This in home personal training service allows me to get in shape in the privacy of my home without having to travel to the gym. It’s really convenient for someone with a busy schedule. I have worked with other personal trainers in Chicago but Home Park Fitness is by far the best. My workouts are tailored to my needs. They are also super cool people and fun to workout with! I highly recommend.

Me and my husband have been working with Eric for the last few months. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, great fun, and is very accommodating. He prepares a personal training plan per my goals and changes it depending on how I feel during the training. we feel energized after each training and we look for forward to our work out sessions with Eric.

I have really appreciated Eric the last few years for my winter-time strength training to get me ready for running season (especially this year as I was recovering from some surgery). Eric worked with my fitness level and designed exercises that helped me reach my goals - and changing them up every week to keep the workout interesting. He is encouraging and good-humored, always on time and ready to go. He puts care into each workout. Because of him, I feel confident and ready to run a half marathon this year!

Working with Home Park Fitness has been such a great experience! My husband and I have been training with Eric for over 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say. The workouts are effective and I enjoy that he continually introduces new moves into our sessions so I never get bored. Eric is an excellent trainer and very knowledgeable! He also takes time to pay attention to your specific wants and needs and creates a detailed plan of action based off of that. It’s very personalized and he’s an awesome motivator. I saw excellent results when I worked with him, and I was the strongest I have ever been during our time together. My wife and I have been doing personal training with Home Park Fitness for a few years. Home Park Fitness is very flexible which allows us to train outdoors when weather is good and indoor at a private gym when the weather is bad. We've most recently been training at home in our garage during COVID. Eric and his team are top notch!! Highly recommend.

I was hesitant of getting a personal trainer but now am a covert after a few work-outs from Home Park Fitness. They focus on good form and proper technique to help you achieve your goals and get into shape.Home Park Fitness has been great during the Covid pandemic. They come to wherever you want to work out. I have been able to workout outside, in a park, safely away from other people the last few months.They are super convenient, well priced and professional. I cannot speak of them any higher. They’re great!

I've worked with Eric on and off for two years now. I came to him with lower back pain and a few other restrictions. Eric understand my concerns and developed a plan for me to exercise safely. I am also virtually pain free for the bulk of 2019. I am fitter in every area beyond what I'd hoped for and I enjoy talking and working with the guy. Thanks Eric!! See you soon!!
