4 stars because y'all forgot to tighten my skid plate back on all the way.
Changed to five because this time no issues.
Changed back to 4 star for the annoying emails I get every week asking me to review.

I came in 1 hour before they were set to close and they welcomed me in. They worked fast and as a team so I was in and out of there! I'll be back specifically to this Jiffy Lube.

Stopped by while on my way to the grocery store. For several months now the fluid wouldn’t squirt out when I turned on my windshield wipers. Didn’t know if they did this type of work so stopped to just ask. The tech said he’d take a look at it and literally 10 minutes later it was fixed and without charge! Apparently the line had disconnected after becoming clogged with some debris. They checked a couple other things and didn’t find anything else that needed service (always apprehensive, as a woman, that I’ll be told I need some unnecessary repair work). The tech was professional, courteous, efficient and has definitely gained a customer! Highly recommend!

My regular place was closed so I gave them a try a little more expensive but they seem to do a little more all in all a good quick oil change!

Horrible service, they did not reconnect the hoses or the housing for my engine air filter on my vehicle. Luckily I checked under the hood and caught this. Not the first time those had happened with jiffy lube, once before the forgot to put the oil cap back on, I had engine oil everywhere.
DONE WITH jiffy lube!!!

Always enjoy stopping by Evanston, I'll Jiffy Lube. Been a customer for over 10/15 years at the location of 1941 Dempster St. West of Dodge Ave. Will continue to support our local Jiffy Lube.

Solid work, fast service. Everyone was polite, job was done quickly. We had the vehicle review but they didn't try to hard sell me on services I knew I didn't need, just offered things I knew I'd need to do. I've used them before and will use them again.
