About Main Station Apartments

Talk about convenient! Main Station lies just a block from both CTA Purple Line and Metra UP North trains, and a short walk from shopping, dining, the lakefront, and much more. Add to that a wide selection of spacious one-bedroom apartments in a classic amenity-rich building with smoke-free living, and you can see why Main Station ranks among Evanston’s most desirable rental communities.

Sally, the property manager, has been very helpful throughout my stay. Location is great but the building needs new elevators and more maintenance in laundry room.

Sally is a nice person and my only complaint is this place is kind of overpriced.

This is a great place to live! I lived in the same unit for eleven years, and they helped me get a new one two doors down. Sally the apartment manager went out of her way to keep me living here. Thumbs up!
