Hours: Maple Grove Apartments, located in the vibrant downtown Evanston, offers a great living experience close to shopping, dining, nightlife, and cultural attractions. The property features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with luxury condominium finishes in a smoke-free environment. It has received recognition, including a CAMME Award for Best Assistant Property Manager by the Chicagoland Apartment Association. Residents have praised the staff, particularly the leasing agent, who is noted for excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and extensive knowledge of the property. The office manager is also highlighted for going above and beyond to assist tenants, providing exceptional service even to former residents. The apartments are described as quiet, with friendly staff and prompt maintenance service. However, some reviews mention that the apartments can be overpriced and not always well-maintained, with only superficial cleaning upon move-in.
