It is considered the best place hands down in Evanston for shoe repair. The owner and his family are friendly people who provide great customer service, professional work, and are super responsive. Work is done with great pride, efficiency, and a smile, often above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. They do excellent work, from complex repairs like fully replacing heels to simple fixes like punching a new hole in a belt, which can be completed quickly and sometimes for free. Customers find the prices reasonable and the quality high, leading to strong recommendations for service, efficiency, and value. It is a good shop and a good find.
