Have been giving this location all of our print jobs for years, and they always address each one -- large or small -- with the same level of attention to detail. I started going to them when another local printer kept making mistakes and missing deadlines. On the rare occasion this location has made a mistake, they fix it right away, and will make sure we get our project by when we need it.

6 years ago, I had an awful experience here. They didn't read the email, printed the wrong ones, gave me an attitude when I pointed out the pixelation so I ended up having to get my money back via a charge back on my card.

Got the job done but poor customer service. I couldn't wait for the man to print my materials so I can bounce. A hello, how are you and how we can we help goes extra miles instead of being grumpy, impatient and disgruntle. It is convenient, quick and fairly cheap to print documents but customer service severely lacks. UPS is next door so I may visit them next time for print needs. Such a shame.

I'd rate the Evanston location as a 0 falling if possible.Arrogant people not willing to help & no remorse. They are confused about customer service - the sarcasm is not to be confused .. especially for someone at his age.

Bravo MinuteMan My boss called with an urgent need for business cards as he was attending an in person event! Herbert had my business cards designed and printed with no notice in less than 3 hours! Horrible customer service. I had a huge order with them and I found out I couldn't come pick it up and they didn't try to make any arrangements with me or go the extra mile to try to get me my order. I asked them if they could leave it somewhere, if they could drop it off, etc and they were rude as hell and hung up in my face.

The only way to have a bad expirence here is if your picture, measurements or files are bad quality or not right with the prints you need. Herbert is very clear about everything. He offers his professional opinion to ensure you get the best for your buck. He will also refer you if necessary. Now that's honest business.
