Boris is a very good person ! I always change my oil at here! Any time I have any problem he just helps me to fix it ! Even this time, my car’s engine has some problems, he was not sure he can fix it. So he gives me a lot advises how and where I can get help ! I was really appreciate him! And I will glad recommend him to you !

I traded in my Corolla and got an incredible deal with Jimmy! I was happy that small things like tire sensors and correct headlight aiming were handled at no charge. Both Boris and Jimmy continued to make me feel good about my purchase weeks after. Also he did the entire plate transfer and title as part of the total deal. Thanks guys!

I live in Evanston and have passed New Ride regularly for years. I needed a new used car to get around locally after giving my car to my college kid. We visited the lot on a Saturday and found the prices to be reasonable overall. My husband eyed an Audi Q3. We asked to test drive it and reviewed the numbers. I asked how the buy here financing worked… put a deposit down and paid my down payments in few installments. Jimmy was very accommodating as a local resident. I was happy to support a local business in our community. Fast forward, Jimmy and the team were fair, nice, flexible and willing to work with my situation. They drove me to finalize paperwork at the local finance company. I picked up my car with a 1/2 tank of gas and oil changed. They can also service your car…win win! I was very impressed with my experience. I will definitely purchase a car at New Ride again!

We are so grateful for Boris, the head mechanic at this shop. For years he has been keeping our cars in good shape on a budget. Recently he has gone above and beyond to help us with a tricky problem in an older Rav 4. He's knowledgeable, fair, and determined, a real problem-solver. It's rare to find a mechanic who is this skilled and conscientious. We're lucky to have him in our community.

Purchased a car from New Ride this summer. As a first time customer, I felt comfortable dealing with their knowledgeable staff. I had the car checked-out by an independent mechanic who found a few issues. After discussing them with New Ride, we negotiate a fair resolution. Bottom-line; both parties walked away happy and I believe I received a good deal. What more can a car buyer ask for?

I’ve had 2 cars repaired after accidents at New Ride. The service level is top notch, both times the cars looked brand new with no trace of any accidents ever happening. The prices are very reasonable for the level of service you get. Boris was extremely helpful throughout the process. I was pleasantly impressed with how my car looked. I recommend this car shop to all my friends!

I've been taking my cars to Boris and Jimmy for years. They are the best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of working with -- they are direct, efficient, and a joy to converse with. Their prices are very reasonable and the workmanship is without equal. A really excellent experience every time! Whenever I need any kind of service on a car I know I will receive an honest appraisal of what needs to be accomplished and the turn-around time is always much faster than I could hope for.
