We LOVE our new space. Working with Normandy was a pleasure. Bill, our designer, was top notch...great ideas to make our space more efficient and open, with careful attention to our budget. Listened to what we needed/wanted and made it happen...with great creative solutions. Personal attention throughout the process. Project Manager Bruce was very hands-on and all the craftsman brought in were excellent...great attention to detail, very personalized service, and excellent at their trades.

We had been dreaming about remodeling our kitchen for a long time, and working with Kathryn and Shawn from Normandy made that dream a reality! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire experience was exceptional. Kathryn made the design process so enjoyable—she really listened to our vision and helped us pick out finishes that not only looked beautiful but also perfectly suited the style of our home. Her creativity and attention to detail were impressive, and she helped bring our ideas to life in ways we hadn’t imagined.
Shawn was equally fantastic to work with. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, providing regular updates on the progress and ensuring that the project stayed on track. His communication was clear and consistent, making the whole process stress-free.
Thanks to their teamwork, we now have the kitchen we’ve always wanted, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the final outcome. The craftsmanship, design, and overall result exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Kathryn, Shawn, and the entire Normandy team for anyone looking to transform their home!

Ashley is tremendous! Undertaking a housing project can be daunting but Ashley was phenomenal not only with helping us select a style that represents our family but also the attentiveness to detail and project timelines. 24/7 client service seems to cut her dedication to bringing in your remodel on time and at cost short but at no point did we feel we were on an island alone. Highly recommend and will work with Ashely again!

We worked closely with Bill over the course of a few months on plans for a complete first floor and master bath renovation. Bill was friendly, thoughtful and a terrific designer. We provided him with a blank slate and he gave us a number of incredible designs and things we may never have thought of on our own. He was a true pleasure to work with and we appreciated his passion for his work and for his client service. While we did not ultimately proceed with Bill and Normandy at the completion of our bidding process it had nothing to do with Bill and what he provided to us over the course of our project. I would highly recommend Bill to see if his designs are right for your renovation.

We worked with Liz Reifschneider at Normandy to gut our kids 1950’s bathroom and convert a walk-in cedar closet into an en-suite bathroom for my son. Right from the moment we met Liz we knew she was the right match for the job. Not only does she have excellent taste, but she quickly matched her recommendations with our style and she brought excellent ideas and recommendations to help us throughout the project. The end result was absolutely amazing!We had heard great things about Normandy from our friends and they definitely delivered! As such our neighbor is currently working with them to redo her kitchen and when we are ready to tackle ours, Liz and the team at Normandy will be our only call. Highly recommend!!

Normandy Remodeling has done excellent work for our family in the past. Today, Vince presented us with several detailed, well-constructed proposals on potential work for the future. His attention to details was great: planning the work, adjusting specs for our wishes, and understanding our emotions and desires regarding the possible choices!
