My rep Oz is also very competent and knowledgeable, and very available to help with questions.”

“JC Licht is a great place to get Hunter Douglas Shades from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The item was delivered before the delivery date and the installation was awesome. The installer Alex was not only an expert but was very conscientious about cleanliness. He took his shoes off before entering my home, laid his materials on a blanket on my floor to prevent any scratching and had the installation complete in a timely manner quickly. I highly recommend them.”

We had such an incredible experience at Sherwin-Williams thanks to Gustavo, the store manager. Ivan and I walked in feeling extremely stressed and overwhelmed, trying to make the right decisions for our business—and we walked out genuinely happy, confident, and with everything we needed.
From the moment we arrived, Gustavo greeted us with the biggest smile and immediately made us feel taken care of. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did he help us select the correct products, but he also took the time to truly understand our business needs and got us fully set up with a professional business account.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and organization. He created a special folder specifically for the paint we used, clearly labeled so we know exactly what it’s for and which location it belongs to. “Isaac was amazing! What great patience and customer service provided. My son and I came in and got paint and supplies and first of all, Isaac was very helpful with our first trip. Then we came back twice to have the color adjusted because it was too light when we painted the first coat. Isaac took as much time with us to make sure we got the right color. He was never annoyed or impatient with our multiple trips back to the store. Thanks Isaac for making our paint project a success. We LOVE the final color! “The process for getting the exact color needed for painting the exterior of my house was very quick and easy. All I had to do was bring a chip of the old paint to be scanned and minutes later I had several gallons of fresh paint. The quality of the paint is also second to none. When I ran out and needed more they had my color on file to mix another gallon. I'm definitely coming back next year for interior paint.”
