I stopped in today, Sunday September 28, late afternoon. A lovely store with fun and colorful items.
But what was great about the visit today was the employees. I heard the woman behind the checkout counter on the phone and also heard her helping other customers and I was just blown away by how friendly, courteous and professional she was!
I think it has been years since I encountered someone in a public facing position that so evidently cares about her job and the customer service experience. What a breath of fresh air!
I hope this young lady is promoted and rewarded because she is a gem. Wish I had gotten her name!
I love my purchases and will definitely be back to this location which will now be my preferred Paper Source location.

Great selection of products, nice original ones like a notebook I picked up. Nice staff and atmosphere as well.

Bizarre array of overpriced products. After holidays a bunch of stuff was 50% off, pushing this from a 3 to 4 star. Staff treated me as if I were invisible.

They have the most beautiful cards and stationary. But they also have cute kid sunglasses and diffusers. You could spend am afternoon in there and and not see all the candy and gifts!

This store isn't as good since Barnes&Noble took it over. The selection is worse and the sales people wear sweatpants. Also, they are charging 10 cents a bag and blaming the Evanston bag tax but the tax is only for businesses that are 10,000 square feet or more. This location doesn't have to charge it. But they are. Where is the money going?! I won't be shopping here anymore.

Good selection of everything but some majorly haughty sales associates work here. I asked the person at the register a question and she made me feel unintelligent for even asking. I love Paper Source but I’m not impressed with the Evanston location.

If anyone needs gifts wrapping, this place can do it. I went to a hallmark but they don't wrap gifts and I found this place on Google. Extremely pleased and very nice people and will definitely go back.

Fun-fun crafty store. They carry cute things to add inside Easter Baskets, Christmas or Birthdays, Weddings etc. or buy a cosmetic bag and add a few cute things to go inside of it and they can help you find a unique type of wrapping papers. They have a free standing counter top and can teach you how to wrap your gift. You can pick out from there a large assortment of wrapping paper which is laid over these wooden dowels that look like an assortment of fabric but it's different sizes of wrapping paper. They even sell solid blank colored sheets with matching envelopes. If you prefer handwriting over texting. They sell puzzles, socks, magnets, cute stuffed toy animals. They even have a clearance section where I found a collapsible straw with a cleaning brush in a frosted carrying box. By Kikkerland Collapsible Travel Set That was on sale. I own one but it's still a good thing to have when you prefer to save the environment by not using plastic straws. They had stickers, note books, calendar and trivia books and the ladies here can help you with any questions you might have. Funny birthday cards. My older sister showed me the Senior Discount birthday card, I just turned older but Not that Old. Funny gal. We will be back.

What a fun and lovely gift and paper shop! My mom and I came here when I needed a gift and we’re so happy we did. They have perfect cute, big and little gifts, wrapping paper, party decor, and unique cards for any occasion. Victoria was a great help along with the other person working! Will definitely be back!

Lots of writing material to choose from, got some nice, hefty stationary and envelopes to handle the next 20 special occasions. I live downtown so this place is a little out-of-the-way for me, but my shopping experience was great overall. Lots of helpful advice and options.
