They are dedicated and always busy. However, communication over the phone (either text or call) was difficult. The worst part was that despite promising to return my call about a missing vest buckle, they never did.

I had altercations to my mother of the bride gown a couple of years ago and was very pleased with the work. Now I have another upcoming wedding and have taken my gown and evening coat to Quality Alterations for the same excellent work.
