Sam's Club is a membership warehouse club offering high quality items in large quantity. It stocks all kinds of stuff including groceries, gasoline, clothes, TVs, and home furnishings. The Evanston location is always clean and well-stocked. It can be a hit or miss location, sometimes ridiculously crowded but sometimes easy breezy. Service is great, with staff described as helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The pharmacy and optical departments are noted. While the gas station can be a nightmare, using Scan & Go is recommended for a quicker trip. Many members find it worth the membership.

I have been a member for over 15 years. I never get such amazing service like moe give me. He is so kind and patient. He explain so much to me with so much care. This kid deserves a raise! He gave me A+ customer service. I owm businesses and manage them. Moe if you ever need 2nd job i want to hire for you!

Sam’s Club continues to impress with its great prices and excellent customer service. The staff is consistently friendly and courteous. We had the pleasure of meeting Moe, the Manager Team Lead, who solved our problem in just minutes. We felt taken care of right away—efficient, fast, and friendly service all around.
