Make sure you get any quote from them in writing. I did not do so and was overcharged by $25. I was also accused of mishearing the quote and was told they would get back to me which has not happened.

This is a Compounding Pharmacy, which is useful if you need a medication which needs to be mixed by the pharmacist. You can also get regular prescriptions here. Not much else you can buy.

I've used Simply Pure for a couple things besides getting my Covid-19 booster shots since 2021 and they were able to fill a compound prescription for one of my pugs two years ago. Every time I've been in there the entire staff from the receptionist to the pharmacist have been extremely friendly, caring and very sociable. The location of Simply Pure is excellent it's right across the street from the CTA Davis Stop multiple CTA and Pace buses along with the CTA Purple Line, and with walking distance to the Metra UPN line.

This place made my pet’s end of life an absolute nightmare. My vet EAH always sent the scripts here and it took usually a WEEK to get any contact from them then more time for them to fill something. I really hated having to call them every single time instead of everything being automated for a return customer??

Great customer service. I found myself in a somewhat unique situation. For a number of reasons, I need to use a diaphragm for birth control. Yes, that thing you heard about in health class and thought "people still use those?" Well yes, some people do. This was the only pharmacy that was able to order one for me and bill insurance.One chain pharmacies tried (once I was able to get past hold) but they simply couldn't get one from their supplier. Another chain pharmacy told me to go to a durable medical equipment provider (LOL) saying they don't know how to order this.Simply Pure RX actually LISTENED to me and was able to order it for me and bill insurance. Since then, I get all of my prescriptions here. The home delivery service is nice too.
