James and JOSEPH very very good people. Patient honest tell you the truth and what’s the real problem of your car they never overcharge very reasonable price as he give you the option to buy your own parts. If you need to do it Real I recommend them to everyone.

Joe and James, the brothers who run this shop, earned our business years ago when my wife stopped in because of some engine issue that started as she was driving near their station. They diagnosed it quickly, found that it was a minor item, fixed it, and told her no charge. We've been their faithful customers ever since and they always do excellent work at reasonable prices.

I was able to schedule on short notice, and James stuck with me on a persistent issue with my car and saw it through until it was fixed. I ended up paying a lot less than what I thought it would be. I'll be coming back here for any other issues in the future.Service: Transmission

A part of the underbelly of my car was dragging/scraping on the pavement when I was driving. I took the car to James at Skokie Auto Service. Within 1hr I got a call that the car was ready to be picked up. The repair must have been very easy because they didn’t even charge me (it was a plastic clip holding a metal part that needed to be replaced).These guys are definitely honest mechanics, and good people for helping me out with the quick repair. My boyfriend referred me over to Oscar to figure out what was going on with my Ford. Since my car is still under manufacturer warranty, I would always take it to Serramonte Ford and they would NEVER find what was causing my car to shake- they would always tell me it's normal for the car since my Fiesta is an expensive lemon.
