The Pony Shop is a full service bicycle shop selling new bikes and accessories with a full repair department. It provides very good service with a fast turnaround and quality work, offering free estimates for any repair. Appointments are available to minimize time off the bike but are not required. Customers leave completely satisfied, noting the shop charges good sale prices. The service is excellent, with bikes riding like new after a tune-up. It is considered a better place to buy a bike than competitors.
Super knowledgeable staff. They are my go to for anything bike related. Sometimes I go in there just to hangout and look at the bikes. If you have tubulars these are your guys. If I could give 6 stars I would.
