We sand a 📦 package off and it returned I can't get back not even apart, of my money I can't get a strate understand of what happens. I talk to many person still nothing. Its hard when you are not working alot of money and you make sacrifice 💯 💔 second time, did not complain the first time because, I was out of the country. Still have to sand it off.

Not a true UPS store, it’s a franchise and a quote from their owner a few months ago “they don’t have to follow ups rules, they can do whatever they want” I’ve ordered FREE boxes online for pickup here and they refused to give them to me for free. I also did FREE package pickup only for them to try to charge me for pickup. Absolutely not. If it’s not free it shouldn’t be advertised as such on the apps allowing pickup. Every single employee I’ve met in this store has an attitude. They are trying to scam you, don’t put up with it. Choose a better location for your business.

I walked into the Sherman Avenue UPS store in Evanston this afternoon, to get some paperwork notarized, after checking on their website to confirm that this location offers notary services. (They do ! 🙂)
I’ll get to the point. This location does NOT offer notary services.
When asked if they would be updating their website to clarify this, I did not receive a response affirming that they would make this clear on their website. Instead, I was told to “Have a good day.”
Public service announcement: If you’re looking for public notary, you might want to try FedEx instead.

The gentleman that serviced me is an exceptional person and employee. You should be proud to have this young man be an agent for your business. I only use this location even if I have choices. The other young man in today, Sat Nov 2, is also great as he’s waited on me previously, too! Great Team!

Great place to send your packages out. Very friendly service. And a little plus is that you can bring papers in to them to be shredded!

Fantastic location, great store hours, and friendly staff!
I have gone to this location multiple times to drop off packages with prepaid labels, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, and packages always made it to their destination. Happy customer!

Service is good and staffs are very friendly. The reason I'm giving 3 star is I was charged for a box fee ($6.38, which is A LOT for a box) when I was shipping documents with 2nd day air. I confirmed with staff that there should be free boxes for this shipping rate, but mine was too large to fit into those free ones. So I have to pay for a dedicated box. However the document I was shipping was just 300 sheets of letter paper. Later I checked on the internet it totally fits into the "UPS express box small" and should be free! Not sure if there's any miscommunication but I feel being tricked for this..Update: according to the store owner the only free supply in the store is the envelope. You need to order online if you need the box. Which is still a weird policy but I’ll change the rating to 4 stars.
