I will no longer be using this location. First time I was returning a tv and it was stolen, never even left the store. I know it was the worker there that helped me because when I went back he immediately knew why I had returned. Now I go back to send back some shoes and 3 weeks later, the merchant has not received the package. This location is the worst! Between items being stolen and rudeness from the black guy that works there, I will be going to another location.

Store was closed on a Friday when I came in at 9am even though their hours clearly state they open daily at 8:30am

Very unhelpful staff that just sit around w/o assisting customers with packages. I know it’s hard to find good help but at least be customers service friendly Mr E as he lied about his name.

I just switched to this UPS store because my other shipping company wasn’t cutting it. Not only was the customer service very professional, but they also were able to help walk me through the shipping process and the costs involved. The employee, Dovid, was also very helpful and helped me notarize a document I needed. Will be visiting again!

The store is a joke. The pc isn’t working so if course there is up-charge to print a label. Poor service!
