Opened an account as an international student and had a good experience. I particularly like this branch because of Ramina - she is awesome and always went above and beyond to help me out. Her help and advice over the years are the main reasons why I'm leaving this positive review

Hastening their own obsolescence by refusing basic cash services. I wanted to buy $20 in quarters. A service that's only for US Bank customers, apparently. What about international visitors, you're located in a university! If you served me, I would be a customer. The banks only care if they can make money off you. Long live crypto currency! Merits one star for convenient location and polite staff.

Don’t be discouraged by the negative reviews. I went in as an international student and they were super helpful and nice. Although I was there very close to the closing time, Ramina helped me open a new account and took her time to explain everything in detail without rushing.

Staff is very ignorant to questions raised by international students, and extremely impatient and rude to clients. Such a shame that this is the Northwestern campus bank. Citi bank and Chase bank which are conveniently located in downtown Evanston have much more professional and friendly bankers.

This branch is pretty average. It has pretty good hours considering it is a university branch. I love US Bank though!

Very rude. Youre better off going to a real us bank branch for service. Theyre also kinda shady with all the info they want from u like ur ssn just to make a withdrawal. Just stay away, the atm would give u better service

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK - US Bank can not and will not protect you AGAINST FRAUD ON YOUR DEBIT CARD --- BEWARE, and they will not try to help you - but they will try to collect more fees from you. Go to an online bank instead.
